Position Description/Requirements Provide administrative and project support to the Global Rewards team (Benefits, Compensation, and Global Mobility), including: - Providing analysis of compensation, benefits, and mobility data to support competitive analysis activities. - Preparing draft presentations and other documents to communicate annual updates to compensation, benefits, and mobility programs. - Updating internal web communications (through Microsoft SharePoint) used to communicate current programs to managers and employees. - Providing administrative support activities, such as scheduling meetings, drafting meeting notes, and preparing and organizing files. Education and experience: - Currently enrolled in college with a business major required. Major or emphasis in Human Resources preferred. - Must have organizational skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail. - Must have demonstrated experience with advanced Microsoft Office program functionalities, including Excel functions. - Experience with Microsoft SharePoint preferred. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be currently enrolled in college and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher. Must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours during both Fall and Winter semesters. Must live within commuting distance to the Corporate site. Must upload most current transcript and current class schedule.
