Requirements and Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or equivalent

Requires at least 2 years experience using MS Excel

Requires at least 1 year creating/generating formal reports/spreadsheets within Excel, prefer 2 years

Requires at least 1 year experience using MS Word

Requires at least 1 year general clerical experience in an office setting, including the use of Word and basic office machines, i.e. copy, fax, etc.

Prefer 1 year of customer service experience in an office environment

Prefer 1 year of accounting/invoice reconciliation experience

Demonstrated ability to recognize problems and suggest solutions

Demonstrated ability to work independently

Demonstrated ability to create organizational systems

Strong math skills

Strong written communication skills

Strong verbal communication skills

Must be able to effectively multi-task
