Overview
- Parts Ordering
- Financials and budgeting
- Order all repair parts for Production & support equipment, building maintenance items, and shop supplies.
- Review and follow up on parts item requests.
- Create, receive and approve payment for all maintenance purchase orders within APS & P Card.
- Work closely with suppliers to achieve timely deliveries of all orders.
- Perform cycle counts of inventoried parts as needed.
- Infor CMMS System
- Manage Infor CMMS system - This includes establishing appropriate inventory levels, verifying price, location and descriptions as well as requesting new part numbers and setting up new INFOR users.
- Create requisitions, purchase orders, receipts and invoice vouchers within Infor for stocked parts and or corrective work requests - this includes verifying packing slip with PO, tagging part with Infor part number and stocking part in assigned location or kitting the part for work orders.
- Track & provide feedback and training as necessary to all Maintenance Personnel on effective use of INFOR. Controls all PMs (Preventive Maintenance)
Responsibilities
- Work Orders
- Create new PM work order requests and administer existing weekly PM’s while ensuring all work orders have been completed on time.
- Create corrective work orders for various production and building maintenance tasks.
- Audits
- Schedule machine audits and oversee rebuilds while working closely with the production planner and management.
- Miscellaneous
- Obtain and schedule outside contractors pertaining to various projects or issues throughout plant.
- Housekeeping duties in parts room, shop and maintenance office.
- Maintain Maintenance communication board information.
- Request set up of new suppliers within Infor and APS along with tax exempt requests. Verify existing information and request changes if necessary.
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (must be flexible to attend other shifts)
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications
- Maintenance experience with all aspects of basic maintenance including planning, scheduling, inspections, repairs, etc. Understands Maintenance nomenclature
- Proficient Computer skills including Microsoft Office Programs
- Ability to work independently and as team player
- Excellent attendance record
