DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing leadership and is accountable for overall project implementation by eliminating waste in all operational and business processes to improve service to customers and create an environment focused on continuous improvement. Responsible for an assigned business portfolio in conjunction with all project related work managed by the Continuous Improvement department.
Establish, maintain, and lead high performance project teams, serving as the project advocate within the client organization. Lead risk management within project teams, ensuring appropriate mitigation and contingency plans. Integrate self into client environment in order to effectively lead project teams while building positive professional relationships with clients and associates. Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables. Define project objectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to structure a project or activity. Plan, schedule, and control project activities to fulfill objectives and satisfy project requirements for clients. Develop and drive integrated project plans, aligning project tactics with project strategy. Identify issues, form hypotheses and formulate and implement recommendations/solutions ensuring the client receives the assistance needed to implement the recommendations/solutions. Develop and document high-level strategies for accomplishing specific project objectives. Consult, develop and ensure compliance in the use of competitive production and performance. Write detailed requirements, process flows and Business vision documents for new projects standards. Initiate and lead problem solving efforts working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Design performance feedback systems to assess the resolution of business process deficiencies. Other duties may be assigned.
