Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of five years previous employee relations experience or five years HR Generalist experience
-
Strong knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations
-
Working knowledge of training development and delivery
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees, including the ability to demonstrate empathy

Excellent consulting, conflict resolution, critical thinking and problem solving skills

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to build and maintain effective collaborative business relationships

Ability to influence

Ability to multi-task effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 25% of work time

Valid driver’s license and favorable motor vehicle record
Pluses:

Prefer an advanced degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or related field

Prefer Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment

Prefer experience developing and/or delivering training
