About this Opportunity
The PMO System Administrator will maintain the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) System, providing system administration, training, support, analytics, and reporting for users. The PMO System Administrator will develop and monitor routine, ad hoc, and executive-level reports on project activities and will be responsible for developing workflows within the system. This person works closely with project managers, business partners, and other MillerKnoll teams around the globe.
You will part of a team that works at the strategic level with exposure across all functions and brands in MillerKnoll. There are great opportunities for growth alongside a strong, supportive team of project management peers.
What You'll Do

Adding new Smartsheet users, permission them to the correct group and management of licenses.
Champion and extend Smartsheet's premium capabilities like Control Center, Resource Management, Data Uploader/Data Shuffle, JIRA connector and Pivot.
Coordinate new feature deployments across multiple departments.
Develop and maintain internal user support and training tools and provide ad hoc support as needed.
Maintain, configure, and support Enterprise Project Management software technologies, including enterprise PPM Smartsheet instance and Microsoft Teams sites.
Suggest solutions, recommendations and enhancements based on customer input and observations.
Support project and executive reporting needs of the PMO, developing multi-level presentations as needed.

You might be just who we're looking for if you have . . .
Associate's Degree Years or applicable on the job experience.
1-3 years supporting enterprise Smartsheet PPM system.
Knowledge of the discipline of project management including common principles, methodologies and tools used by practitioners.
Detailed knowledge of Smartsheet Suite applications.
Ability to analyze and use problem-solving skills to see the big picture of business processes and build solutions to benefit project management practices.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong focus on detail and accuracy of work with the ability to take on full ownership of assigned work.
Strong communication skills, e.g., written, verbal, listening, interpersonal, and presentation.
Strong organization skills and flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to perform all essential functions with or without accommodations.
