Position Summary:
- Under the supervision of Bingo Management, assist with all Bingo operations and tasks before, during, and after all bingo sessions. Greet and assist guests with bingo related questions. Perform money transactions, card sales, and prize payouts utilizing cash registers, currency counters and calculators. Verify winning bingo cards. Clean tables, work area and Bingo Hall as needed. Maintain record of paper and electronic sales, issues and returns.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute bingo floor activities by selling bingo supplies, packets, and electronic units.
- Clean, maintain, and assist guests while working the bingo floor.
- Call bingo(s) back to the Bingo Caller in a clear, understandable voice as needed.
- Count and sign for supplies issued, before and after selling period, to ensure the correct amounts are received.
- Count all paper and assemble Bingo packets, including donated paper and supplies. Learn how a numbered bingo series works and accurately handle the paper rotation to ensure there are no duplicate bingo cards in play.
- Maintain communication with Bingo Management regarding bingo paper returns to ensure proper bingo payouts.
- Verify guests receipts to ensure purchase of entry pack for specific session and date.
- Keep work area clean and clear from personal belongings such as coats, bags, magazines, books, purses, etc.
- Distribute and maintain inventory of all daily issuable items while working the Counter Room; maintain the flow of the bingo game, verify bingos, distribute bingo prizes, and call the bingo games as a Bingo Caller.
- Maintain high visibility on the bingo floor, supply guests with bingo information, instruct and inform about game participation opportunities, initiate and foster positive guest relations with bingo players, responding to players needs and requests.
- Ensure the integrity of bingo activities by observing floor activities, identifying irregular or suspicious activity, and reporting activity to Bingo Management, Security, and/or Surveillance.
- Comply with all Bingo Operations Policies and Procedures, SECR Policies and Procedures (Associate Handbook), and all applicable gaming regulations and codes.
- Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality and present a positive, professional demeanor and image at all times.

Contacts/Purpose of Contacts:
- Contact with Bingo Management and guests throughout the shift to ensure the bingo session runs according to strict gaming regulations and the guests are serviced to Soaring Eagle Hospitality Standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to work any shift assigned, included weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license to meet the employment eligibility requirements as they pertain to the position.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous cash handling and/or point of sale, with casino and/or bingo exposure.
License, Certification, or Special Requirements:
- Native American preference shall apply to all positions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of bingo games.
- Skills in accurately recording numbers and payouts.
- Skill in bingo calling.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff and the general public.
- Ability to apply basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form.
- Ability to cope with stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deliver the highest level of guest service to guests and co-workers.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent use of hands, wrists, fingers associated with computer operation.
- Required to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Use of arms and hands and reaching above shoulder level.
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and carry.
- Occasionally lift/push up to 30 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Frequent walking and standing in a smoking environment and contact with the general public. Constant visual stimulation via neon lights on slot machines, repeatedly changing machine video screens, static or flashing signs throughout the casino and constant machine and crowd noise.
- Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required.
