NovaCare Rehabilitation in Holland, MI is seeking a full-time outpatient Center Manager!
Our Holland, MI outpatient physical therapy center is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating Center Manager. This position will oversee our highly trained and respected therapy team providing preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. Previous management experience is a PLUS but not required to apply. We are able to train for the management responsibilities requiring recent outpatient orthopedic experience as a Physical Therapist to be considered.
The Physical Therapist Center Manager will provide leadership to therapy team, market rehabilitative services and specialty programs to the medical community, attend regular management meetings, and participate in community activities. Qualifications
Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift patients using appropriate biomechanical techniques frequently throughout the course of a work day/shift.... For full info follow application link.
