SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle recruitment and related activities for acute care nursing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with business partners and hiring managers to address staffing needs
- Provide comprehensive support to programs, projects, and initiatives
- Coordinate recruiting events and manage vendor relationships
- Identify candidates to fill positions and manage the interview process
- Coordinate relocation services for candidates
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field required
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience required; healthcare recruiting experience highly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of human resources practices and employment laws
- Ability to understand business and clinical aspects of healthcare
- Ability to plan, execute, and deliver on projects and tasks in a timely manner
