SUMMARY:
The Project Leader will lead cross functional team members in planning and developing new products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop plans from concept to go-live for complex projects and execute the project plan to deliver results that meet quality, cost, and timing objectives
- Establish manage and communicate expectations, milestones and status throughout the project with internal and external customers
- Create and manage project timelines and provide timing plan and project status updates, to customers per their requests and/or requirements
- Manage the launch of new products and projects from quoting through final sign off
- Travel as needed throughout the United States and Canada
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree engineering, marketing, or business administration required; MBA with PMP certification preferred
- 8 years of experience in project engineering with at least 4 years of experience in a project leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of CAD design systems required; ProE experience preferred
- Must be able to work in the United States on a continual basis without sponsorship
