Rapid-Line is a leading metal fabricator and innovative manufacturer. We have an immediate opening for a 2nd Shift Supervisor. Our processes include laser cutting, water jet cutting, machining, welding, forming, tube bending, powder coating, assembling and innovating all right here in our modern facility.
We are seeking an experienced manufacturing supervisor to join our management team on 2nd Shift. This individual would take prime responsibility for shop floor operation. The job also includes supervision of all shop floor employees, scheduling jobs through the various departments, enforcing quality controls and standards, promoting positive mental attitudes, maintaining shop cleanliness and enforcing safety/work rules.
Experience in a metal fabrication manufacturing setting is preferred.
2nd Shift hours: Monday -- Friday, 4:30 pm -- 12:30 am
