The Facilities Management College Co-op is responsible for the sorting and distribution of mail and packages throughout the Site. This person works with the High School Co-ops to complete mail and package deliveries on a daily basis. This person is responsible for completing weekly safety system checks, including SQER PM’s that are within the buildings assigned to Facilities Management. This person is responsible to maintain safety bulletin boards throughout the Site as needed. This person is responsible for maintaining a spreadsheet of the Site Office Index. This person will need to order supplies and organize the winter clothing orders. This person will work with the Service Crew to perform various service tasks around the Site.
The Facilities Management College Co-op must have good computer skills and know Microsoft Office Applications and be able to learn SAP. This position requires a valid driver’s license and learn the traffic and vehicle safety standard for the Site. This person will need to have good communication skills both oral and written and be able to interact with other departments on Site daily. This person must be self motivated and pay attention to detail. The work environment is partly inside working in a mailroom and outdoors driving to numerous buildings around the Site making deliveries. This person must be enrolled in a local College, maintain the required GPA and have good attendance.
Required Qualifications: - Must be currently enrolled in college and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. - Must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours during both Fall and Winter/Spring semesters. - Must live within commuting distance to the Hemlock Semiconductor site. - Must upload most current transcript
