The Service Support College Co-op position is responsible for working directly with the Services team within Facilities Management. Their responsibilities will focus on assisting with requisitioning for goods and services. This work includes; creating requisitions, filing completed requests, searching for vendor information, following up on deliveries, invoicing, creating MSR’s and RO’s and researching PO’s. This position requires excellent computer knowledge with the ability to learn all the required functions in SAP that pertain to this role. This position will need to learn the Site Access guide to update vendor information on a timely basis.
The Service Support College Co-op person will need to be self motivated and work with minimal guidance. This person will need to pay attention to detail and maintain accurate records. This person will need to have excellent communication skills both oral and written to communicate with customers daily. This person must be enrolled in a local College, maintain the required GPA and have good attendance.
Required Qualifications: - Must be currently enrolled in college and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. - Must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours during both Fall and Winter/Spring semesters. - Must live within commuting distance to the Hemlock Semiconductor site. - Must upload most current transcript
