Job Summary:
Provide service excellence to both internal and external customers. Collaborate with customers and service center personnel to resolve issues. Analyze metrics and statistical data, as needed.
Description of Essential Job Functions:
* Available to work variable shifts.
* Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including but not limited to answering and directing phone calls, filing, and data entry.
* Analyze metrics and statistical data.
* Attention to detail including recognizing and resolving documentation errors.
* Safety experience and Transportation experience desired, previous customer service required, Familiarity with DOT and Hazardous Material regulations a plus.
* This person would be responsible to accurately and efficiently enter accidents and injuries into a database from employees calling in from around the country.
* Evaluate and manage all accident scenes per company safety policy and state and federal local laws.
* Prompt daily attendance at assigned work location.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
