DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Duties
* Perform vehicle-level automotive safety/crash simulations using Radioss/Dyna
* Apply mechanical safety/crash methods and analysis techniques to drive product development in electrified powertrains
* Support the development of safety analysis methods to address production problems
* Build simulation model input decks based on CAD data including meshing, part connections, contact and boundary conditions
* Run Radioss/Dyna model and perform post-processing of results to evaluate safety/crash performance
