Job Description:
Specific Requirements: Dematic Corp. has an immediate need for a Systems Analyst at our corporate office in Grand Rapids, MI. The qualified individual will assist with the maintenance, support and development of critical engineering and business applications. The requirements and preferred skills for this position include:
*Development experience with VB Script, VB.Net, C#, ASP.Net, C++ or equivalent is desired
*Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and/or 2010
*Working knowledge of SQL 2005/2008 or equivalent
*Experience with Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Programming
*SharePoint InfoPath
*AutoCAD 2010 or 2012
*Willingness to learn the Authoring of content for Products using Visual Basic Scripting
*Design and architect software-based systems for automating and enhancing AutoCAD capabilities of user community using Autodesk LISP and ObjectARX API
*Maintain and enhance current toolsets while incorporating emerging technologies and methodologies where applicable and beneficial.
Job Family Responsibilities:
Evaluates complex systems needs of staff and operating departments; interviews users to determine information needs and sources of required data. Develops, tests, and modifies complex internal application systems. Designs complex systems, modules and/or approaches and required enhancements. Performs complex coding, reviewing, preparing test data, testing and debugging and implementing of system building. Performs complex program, system and user documentation for systems created. Performs complex analysis and troubleshooting for various business applications.

Performs full range of standard work for the professional field. Refers complex, unusual problems to others. Identifies and resolves more complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations.
