Our Plymouth, MI customer is seeking an experienced SR Autonomous Vehicle Engineer for a direct hire position at an open salary range.  Relocation is available.  Sponsorship is NOT AVAILABLE.  Will NOT consider fresh-out graduates, entry-level or candidates with less than 3 years' experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead overall architecture and platform research
• In charge of multi-sensor data fusion algorithm development and application research
• Lead the decision-making layer algorithm development and validation processes
• Lead ADAS testing and the discovery of solutions to key technical issues
• Manage the creation of functional definitions, test parameters and the estimation of smart vehicle capabilities
• Lead the autonomous vehicle data collection process and validation

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanic Engineering / Electronics Engineering focusing on Automobile Electronics, Electronic and Information Engineering, Automotive Engineering (Electrics), Mechatronics, Automatic Control, or other relevant areas
• Prefer 3 years’ of relevant experience in core ADAS technology development, Automatic Driving, V2X, or artificial intelligence
• Analytical; proven experience in translating strategies into actionable plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team oriented
• Bilingual (English & Chinese) is a plus
