The marketing Co-Op assist on simple desk research and perform a series of operational tasks oriented to support our marketing promotional programs.
Activities:
1) Support different market research projects analyzing data available in market reports, data bases and internet.
2) Usage of information systems tools like software, intranet or internet pages and Dow Corning internal systems;
3) Know and understand our product and solution portfolio;
4) develop the interpersonal relationship working with other co-ops and employees;
5) develop the time management concept; to prioritize the activities recognized the urgency of the jobs;
6) Support marketing communication programs driven by market strategies with activities that require to prepare and send product promotion materials for industry events, customer visits and distributor trainings
7) Perform some Marcom activities: prepare communications to customers regarding product changes, new materials; distributors newsletter, price communications, updates the collateral materials, Visual identity standards compliance from customers/ distributors, releases to the main magazines.
8) Support marketing Co-Op programs established with Distribution
9)Support the organization with other marketing operational process activities like uploading and updating information in CRM related with leads, permission based marketing, keep track of locally stored collateral, assembly of sales aids.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be currently enrolled in college and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher. Must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours during both Fall and Winter semesters. Must live within commuting distance to the Corporate site. Must upload most current transcript and current class schedule.
