Position Summary
The Exec Tech is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners. Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook configuration is required.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
• Executive ( VIP ) support
• Interact with Executive staff and administrators to understand their requirements and expectations
• Troubleshoot basic IT related issues
• Act as the key contact to work with other IT support entities in GI or AE IT.
• Other site activities and responsibilities as needed
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
• Contribute to and maintain system standards
• Incident management tracking using Remedy and ITSM.
Operations and Support
• Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
• Provide Tier I/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues. Escalate via internal support team as necessary.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies
