Requirements and Qualifications:

Associate's Degree and 1 year of IT computer support experience OR High School Diploma/Equivalent and 3 years of IT computer support experience

Experience with basic computer hardware, including PC desktops, laptops, and PC components

Experience with desktop and server operating systems

Telephone support experience required

Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel experience required

Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
-
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills

Ability to extract pertinent information from a customer call or email and document accurately
-
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
-
Keen attention to detail

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
-
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Ability to effectively prioritize and direct the execution of tasks in a high-pressure environment

On call availability 24/7, 12 months a year

Additional work hours as required, including occasional weekends

Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% domestically

Must have a valid driver license and favorable motor vehicle report

2 years of telephone support experience preferred
-
Experience with Outlook preferred

Native or near-native verbal fluency in Spanish is a plus
