REQUIRED SKILLS:
Education and/or Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required.
* Minimum five (5) years of experience in Diversity required.
* Two (2) to three (3) years supervisory experience required.
* Strong analytical, organizational, problem resolution, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Ability to provide effective feedback and coach/counsel staff.
* Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs
* Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.
