While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. In the course of performing site inspections, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and travel to other locations. The person regularly lifts and/or moves items of moderate weight, including file boxes, portable computers, etc. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a business office setting but occasionally is exposed to outside weather conditions, moving mechanical parts or machinery, fumes, or airborne particles while performing on-site inspections. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate and can occasionally be loud in the field.
