Job Description (Summary): Student will be responsible for supporting key HR Shared Services processes and projects, including the Onboarding, Talent Development and Benefits service lines.
Position Description: -Provides administrative support to the HRSS -Provide support to escalated client requests -Process data management updates in HR systems and tools
Position Requirements: The student should possess strong written and oral communication skills, be able to work independently; yet work with others as a team. This role requires the student to handle and manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines. Must be a team player and willing to work with a diverse group of individuals. The individual should have an interest in Human Resources.
Preferred Education & Experience: -Minimum of two years college courses remaining -Familiarity with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook/email) and SAP -Excellent customer service skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be currently enrolled in college and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher. Must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours during both Fall and Winter semesters. Must live within commuting distance to the Bay City site. Must upload most current transcript.
