- Assess needs and link consumers to appropriate public and private recourses.

- Must be able to keep up with the latest clinical trends and information for the population being served.
- Complete all necessary paperwork/progress notes pertaining to clients.

- Able to see the consumer in their home or at the office
- Must have computer skill and knowledge
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Applicant must be qualified to be a QMHP or QMRP and have a State Licensure as a psychologist, LMSW, LLMSW,LBSW,LLBSW, SST or a LPC, LLPC.
- To see children, applicant must have a bachelor's degree and have 3 years of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families or a master's degree with one year of experience.
- 18 years of age or older
- Working telephone
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Pass all regulatory checks
- Must be a LLBSW, LBSW, LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, TLLP, LLP, Ph.D.
- Must have specialized training or one year experience in treating or working with a person who has mental retardation and/or a mental illness.
- Obtain and maintain all required trainings for credentialing and licensing standards.
- Must obtain all required training of CSI
- Must obtain all requirement training of all contracted PIHP(s)
