College Degree in relevant academic field plus three (3) years’ experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping, preferably in public or public assisted housing. Additional experience considered in lieu of education and/or experience in public or public assisted housing. Excellent computer skills and above average knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office products.
