Welding Technician Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Objective: Effectively manage resources and personnel to meet weld/assembly production schedules, productivity targets, quality targets and safety objectives. Assure a quality operation accomplished through an attitude towards continuous improvement.
Scope: Responsible for all aspects and functions related to welding/assembly/ production while complying with the requirements/procedures of Company and its customers.

Determine priorities to support production initiatives and assign related tasks to Weld Techs on all shifts.
Ensure all equipment is maintained effectively through preventive maintenance.
Provide technical support for continuous improvement on current weld equipment.
Support for Engineering in determining future department needs.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Determine priorities and assign tasks to Weld Techs. Responsible for attaining all related metrics, including preventive maintenance.
Education and/or Experience: Seven (7) years minimum of hands on robotic programming and automated weld applications AND emphasis/knowledge with Moto man, Fanuc, ABB robotic welders
