We are looking for an individual to join our Regulatory and Compliance Services team. The qualified individual will implement new services, complete regulatory and compliance changes including analysis, reference table and schema updates, and write related communications.
Vertafore’s Regulatory Configuration Analysts are the trusted source of regulatory knowledge for our customers. Not only are they resolving day-to-day issues, they manage weekly, monthly and annual projects and tasks as well. While this team doesn’t have direct contact with customers, it is configuring our software to meet the regulatory needs of our customer base. Our customers rely on the team’s knowledge of our products as well as their regulatory knowledge to help customers remain compliant. This team works closely with internal customers and stakeholders to accomplish our customers’ goal of continued compliance with insurance and securities regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent education.
- Minimum of four to five years professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience
- Exposure to the Information Technology industry gained through education and/or internships preferred
- Experience with insurance regulation or other professional regulation a plus
- Solid understanding and experience in information technology using: Relational Database Management
- Systems (Oracle, Access, MySQL), SQL language.
