The IT Support Specialist will be part of our CBI Academy and will be considered an Engineer-In-Training until graduating our intensive academy-style learning program. The program is designed to take those with passion for IT Risk Management and an ability to learn at an accelerated pace.
Performance & Learning Milestones to be achieved
- Work toward and become certified in a minimum of two technologies related to the CBI vendor portfolio (Symantec, Palo Alto, HP Security, etc.)
- Shadow a senior engineer on client engagements and report weekly on client project status
- Complete assigned self-study, classroom study, and online learning assignments
- Present to groups--sales, engineers/consultants, and executive team members how you would apply CBI IT Risk Management solutions to customer scenarios/issues.
- Consistently achieve all weekly milestones
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirement for success
Bachelor's degree in IT discipline
Passion for IT Security, Cyber Security, IT Risk Management
Demonstrated ability to learn complex concepts quickly
Basic knowledge of large network infrastructures and enterprise systems
