- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have 6 months experience of cooking and food preparation in a food operation.
- Must have intermediate kitchen production knowledge, equipment use knowledge and cooking methodology knowledge
- ServSafe Food Handler certification is required or must obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment.
