CMM Programmer/ Operator - Direct Hire!
Sterling Heights, MI
Company is a sheet-metal prototype facility; automotive and aerospace parts.
Pay rate: up to $30/hr
CMM Programmer/Operator to program and operate CMM with PCDMIS software.
Will be checking large sheet metal parts and castings on CMM with 20 foot table.
Perform Final Inspection on completed lots
Perform 1st Piece Laser Machining and Form Buy-off’s
Complete Detailed Inspection Plans documenting inspection result
Experience Required:
Programming and operating CMM with PCDMIS software.
Inspecting formed sheet metal products
Ability to read blueprints and have a full understanding of GD&T
Must be efficient in problem solving and the ability to troubleshoot.
Must be able to work efficiently in a fast pace environment.
Must have good organizational and paperwork skills
Background with Automotive and Aerospace Product is a plus
1st shift position, working 40-55 hours per week based on workload.
Hours: 6am - 4:30pm Mon. - Fri., Sat. as needed
