- 3-5 years experience Team Lead or Supervisor
- Previous experience directing team to follow production schedule
- Perform tasks that are necessary to provide high quality, efficient, timely shipment of products.
- Acts as a liaison between Management and hourly workforce.
- Assists in all phases of employee training.
- Assists in directing workforce to produce quality parts.
- Assures all procedures are followed.
- Assists in inventory.
- Completes and maintains records according to productions and quality standards.
- Maintains cleanliness of work area.
- Performs all duties in a manner that demonstrates the highest level of safety and quality.
- Other duties as required.
- Ability to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
- Ability to frequently bend, stand, stoop and grasp.
- Ability to manipulate small parts on a consistent basis.
High school diploma or equivalent, required. Associates degree (preferred) or 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Automotive experience preferred. A demonstrated mechanical aptitude to operate machinery, required. Leadership ability, good communication skills and the ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment necessary.
