Job Description:
Dematic has an immediate need for Accounting Support at our Grand Rapids, MI location. This position requires an individual with professional experience in basic accounting, customer service and with practical experience with MS Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint. This position is key to performing license audits, working with customer contracts and ensuring that monthly billing and time tracking is done on time and with a high degree of accuracy.
Responsibilities will include:
* Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
* Resolving administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions.
* Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for suppliers; verifying receipt of supplies.
* Producing monthly and weekly reports for executive managers
* Supporting consultants and managers in the field with travel needs and arrangements
* Arranging demonstration times and meetings for customers with key consultants
* Understanding, reviewing time accounting from 4-5 developers and 3-6 consultants
* Supporting customers questions on billing and contract renewals
