This person will be responsible for communication with project coordinator and accounting clerk in the office from the field with job related information:
- Collecting load/landfill tickets, checking for signature and site location
- Communicate job progress
- Make sure that all required materials needed for the job are in the field
- Collecting receipts, writing job location on receipts, and turning into accounting clerk
- Recording employee time and turning it in for payroll
- Recording data for related job expenses/information
