The HR Shared Services department has openings for 2 College Co-Ops supporting 2 areas within the US HR Service Center: HR Information Management and Payroll.
The positions will be responsible for General Administrative duties and duties will vary based on the service line. All activities are administrative in nature such as filing, responding to customer inquiries, communications, mailings, computer work and projects unique to each area.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, must be attentive to details, able to handle personal and sensitive information, ability to work with a deadline, able to follow instructions and processes. Successful candidates will exhibit good decision making skills and a high level of maturity.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be currently enrolled in college and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher. Must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours during both Fall and Winter semesters. Must live within commuting distance to the Bay City site. Must upload most current transcript.
