Direct supervision of hourly employees in manufacture of fiberglass reinforced composite parts production. Schedule Daily Production. Supervise Tooling & Finish Department. Able to train,monitor, delegate and communicate with employees effectively to meet daily schedules. Analyze and resolve part through put problems and assist workers in solving work problems as they arise. Ensure all equipment is maintained or repaired as needed to ensure part quality standards. Lead by example with good housekeeping and following safety rules while directing and training employees to do the same. Communicate with Plant Manager daily operation concerns as:personnel, equipment, tool fixtures, maintenance, material supplies and variations from daily worksheet schedules. Complete in a timely manner any other tasks given by CEO.
