Position Description/Requirements Responsibilities include working in a production environment with engineers, operators, and management to identify and implement improvement projects, along with assisting engineers with day to day tasks, reporting and other responsibilities while continuously looking for sound engineering ways to reduce cost, minimize non value added work, and improve overall operations and safety. Requirements: Highly motivated college student in an engineering field of study. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, able to focus with flexibility on multiple and sometimes quickly changing production priorities while maintaining a “can do” attitude. Candidate needs to be a team player, with attention to detail, and have strong written and oral communication skills and experienced in Microsoft Office Suite. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be currently enrolled in college and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher. Must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours during both Fall and Winter semesters. Must live within commuting distance to the Midland site. Must upload most current transcript.
