About this Opportunity
As a Digital Production Designer, you will partner with the Global Creative Studio, Marketing, and Retail teams to create, develop, and implement web, email, and social media assets based on established brand and web style guides. This includes but is not limited to creating designs based on existing templates and design standards.
What You'll Do
You'll have opportunities to speak up, solve problems, lead others, and be an owner every day as someone who . . .
* Crop, cut, create renditions, and load all Herman Miller and Geiger web site images, GIFs, and videos as directed by Global Creative Studio. Support for additional websites may be required in the future.
* Partner with Creative Studio on designing web pages and review web page builds where assets are being surfaced.
* Create email designs and social media posts.
* Crop, cut, and load images for email and social media communications.
* Learn the complex tools and processes, and adhere to file naming standards for web folder/file structures.
* Ensure asset quality in digital communications meets or exceeds brand standards.
* Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

You might be just who we're looking for if you have . . .
* Bachelor's Degree in web design, graphic design, interactive design, communications, or related field.
* Two or more years of experience in digital asset production supporting website platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively use Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively use software and tools currently used in the MillerKnoll office environment.
* Strong attention to detail with an eye for good and on-brand design.
* Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to manage multiple, complex project requests simultaneously and shift priorities on the fly.
* Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
* Ability to take direction and work within specified deadlines.
* Ability to adhere to process and procedures defined for the role, the team, and the organization.
* Ability to perform all essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
* Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
