DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Summary
Provide database programming, report writing, data analysis, and business support for various business intelligence tools. The Global Account team is challenged with supporting legacy data management systems while launching Menlo’s new TMS and business intelligence strategies to support a Global customer. Candidates should be comfortable with managing and interpreting data and have strong database and report programming skills using SQL Server SSIS, SSRS, and SharePoint. The successful candidate will be highly organized with solid time management and strong analytical problem solving skills. The ability to meet deadlines and commitments is essential.
Our environment is fast paced and innovative, requiring the successful candidate to be comfortable re-prioritizing workload to support urgent requests. Solid written and verbal skills are essential. This individual must be a team player and work well in a diverse group to accomplish complex tasks.
Responsibilities:
· Design and deliver reporting and data summaries to support customer specific and overall solution.
· Assist in the development of business requirements to support system enhancements.
· Engage directly with various teams to understand business requirements and translate those into sound business intelligence processes and strategies.
· Understand the use of various data tools including SQL Server Studios, Visual Studio, MS Access, MS Excel, SharePoint, server administration, and related security applications. Other programming languages and tools may become relevant in the future.

· Develop and maintain work processes
· Drive continuous improvement with data management and account projects based on data activity.
