Job Summary:
Flagstar Bank is seeking a Senior Post Closing Representative whose duties will include the review of Final HUD-1 and Final TIL and GFE’s with data entry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Data Entry into the M2 system
- Review and balancing of the Final HUD-1 figures
- Production based position with ability to meet daily goals
- Quality is first priority with ability to meet daily goals
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Complete all required compliance training. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. Take responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate a proficiency in post closing and/or HUD review is required
- Ability to take on more complex work assignments
- Proficient in problem solving
- Provides excellent customer service
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Works somewhat independently and takes responsibility for production and quality of their work
- Well versed on documents in a closed loan package
- Can maneuver in IDM and M2 applications
