PART-TIME Administrative/Office Assistant Needed in Busy Fitness Club
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the Tennis Department. Our ideal applicant should be a no-limits person with excellent communication skills. You should have a good sense of humor with the ability to be flexible. We want someone who is a fast learner with a quick mind who is willing to work hard and smart. You will be part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. It is a fun people-oriented atmosphere.
This permanent part-time position will require 20-25 hours per week. Hours are flexible, but some days, evenings and weekends are mandatory.
Job responsibilities would include: maintaining/organizing and billing for all tennis programming; tracking attendance for classes and clinics; scheduling tennis lessons, clinics and programs; handling phone calls and emails for tennis department; check-in and billing for junior tennis camp; general office duties.
APPLICANT MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
q Tennis OR Fitness Industry Experience
q Computer Experience (data entry, MS Word, MS Excel)

q Excellent Organizational, Communication and Interpersonal Skills
q Problem Solving Ability
q Ability to Multi-Task
q Ability to Work Flexible Hours
q Ability to work in a fun, team environment
q High School Diploma or GED (Minimum Requirement)

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
