Openings in Macomb County, Oakland County and St. Clair County.

This position is a working/non-working inspector of customer parts.  The Team Leader is responsible for all team activities assuring all customer inspection requirements are met and appropriate documents are completed accurately and on time.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:

1. Serve as a main point of contact to all current and potential customers to provide solutions and service.  2. At all times represent the Company with a positive attitude and adhere to the goal of exceeding Customer expectations and Operational Excellence.  3. Responds to customer requests in a timely, pleasant and professional manner at all times.  4. Manage FCQS inspectors for compliance  to all First Call protocols.  5. Set up job sites using the FCQS Project Book.  6. Implement and train to approved work instructions.  7. Assure accuracy of appropriate project sheets, tally sheets and customer requirements are recorded and available for review by Field Operations Supervisor and FCQ customers.  8. When possible, update and distribute the inspection I-Charts.  9. Maintain Project Book for abnormalities and work instruction changes.  10. Responsible for at least one layered audit per week.  11. Review daily job material requirements and maintain job supplies.  12. Responsible for timely request for inspection material, tools & equipment.  13. Assure your inspection team is technically capable and working and conducting themselves as a guest when at customer facilities.  14. Report any abnormalities immediately to the Field Operations Supervisor or the Operations Manager.  15. Perform product audits to ensure customer satisfaction.

ASSOCIATE COACHING AND DEVELOPMENT:

Conduct timely and meaningful performance appraisals with all subordinate associates.  Provide regular follow up on performance.  Directly involved in staffing, recruiting and hiring as well as terminations of subordinate associates.
