Requirements and Qualifications:
Associate Analyst:
Bachelor's degree with at least one year of experience in HR, Finance or other highly analytical role or High School Diploma and at least three or more year's of experience in HR, Finance or other highly analytical role
Strong analytical and Excel skills, including the ability to review, analyze, and interpret data, write formulas, create pivot tables and graphs, and provide conclusions and recommendations based on analysis.
Must be able to calculate, analyze, and interpret mathematical and statistical information such as percent differences, ratios, median, mean, weighted average and regression, etc.
High attention to detail and strong customer focus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word
Ability to maintain confidentiality, quality, and accuracy
Ability to travel domestically up to 15% of the time
Requires a valid driver’s license and favorable motor vehicle report
Prefer college coursework specific to compensation fundamentals, philosophies and methodologies
Work towards WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation prefered
Prefer experience using HR or Compensation systems for market pricing and merit planning
Prefer experience with SAP or other ERP system
Mid-Level Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree with at least three year’s in HR, Finance or other highly analytical role or High School Diploma and at least five or more years of experience in HR, Finance or other highly analytical role
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and Excel skills, including the ability to review, analyze, and interpret data, write formulas, create pivot tables and graphs, and provide conclusions and recommendations based on analysis
Must be able to calculate, analyze, and interpret mathematical and statistical information such as percent differences, ratios, median, mean, weighted average, regression, etc.
High attention to detail and strong customer focus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with federal, state and local laws impacting compensation
Experience using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word
Dedicated to maintaining confidentiality, quality, and accuracy

Prefer completed coursework through WorldatWork towards achievement of Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or completion of CCP
Prefer experience using HR or Compensation systems for market pricing and merit planning
Prefer experience designing compensation programs, policies, structures and incentive plans
Prefer experience with merger and acquisition compensation integration
Prefer experience supporting diverse types of jobs (hourly, salaried, executive, sales) in a global, large manufacturing company
Prefer experience in both private and public companies
Prefer experience with SAP
Senior Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or related field with at least five year’s directly related compensation experience; or eight or more year’s directly related compensation experience without a Bachelor’s degree
Requires attainment of, or significant progress towards, the Certified Compensation Professional designation
Requires prior base pay design experience
Requires the ability to inform, educate and influence managers and employees to support compensation goals and objectives
Requires objectivity
Must be able to ask appropriate questions that uncover underlying issues
Requires excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, listening, and consultative skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships throughout the business
Requires excellent analytical and Excel skills, including the ability to review, analyze, and interpret data, write formulas, create pivot tables and graphs, and provide conclusions and recommendations based on analysis
