Job Description

Our client is seeking bilingual call monitors to join their growing team! Monitors will be listening to pre-recorded calls to make sure customer service agents provide the customer with great service experience while following business guidelines over the phone. Employees will not be taking calls. Candidates must be able to speak, type and read Spanish fluently. Average to fast typing skills, moderate computer skills and above all the ability to be a great listener!

Position Type: Long term opportunity

Shift: Day Shift- Schedule times varies

Pay Rate: $9.50/hourly
