We currently are looking for a Health Coach/ Sales Consultant for our Southgate and Ohio Clinics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consult with prospective patients to learn and understand his or her weight goals and determine the appropriate diet plan. Customize one of the standard plan outlines to meet the needs of patients
- Conduct daily visits with existing patients. Provide individualized guidance and suggestions where necessary for maximum benefit of the program. Offer motivation and support throughout each individual plan.
- Offer motivation and support throughout each individual plan
- Educate patients on various company products that will enhance his or her success
- Assist clinic manager and staff in reaching clinic service and sales goals
Qualifications and skills necessary to be successful:
- Have a genuine interest in weight loss and nutrition
- Must be passionate about living and leading a healthy lifestyle and maintain a professional appearance that reflects lifestyle choices.
- Possess active listening skills that are essential in order to develop customized strategies per individual
- Be able to deliver outstanding customer service and offer quality guidance to those trying to achieve their goals
- Be self-motivated to help change lives and drive clinic sales
Clinic hours of operation:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
*Must be available every other Saturday*
Pay structure:
$14.00 Hourly + Sales Commission + Weekly Bonus Opportunity

Training:
Paid training is held in the classroom of our Metro Detroit training center. In- clinic training will follow.
