At Medical Weight Loss Clinic, we focus on a safe, healthy and effective approach to weight loss. Our mission is to provide diet education, effective counseling, and guidance to make overall lifestyle adjustments so our patients can reach their weight loss goals safely. We rely on our Clinic Managers to cultivate a safe, secure and healthy environment for patients and employees.
Pay structure:
$500/Week + Sales Commission + Weekly Bonus Opportunity

Training:
Paid training is held in the classroom of our Metro Detroit training center. In- clinic training will follow.
Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Consult with prospective patients to learn and understand his or her weight loss goals. Customize one of MWLC’s plan outlines to meet the needs of the patient.
- Perform daily visits with existing patients. Provide individualized guidance and suggestions where necessary for maximum benefit of the program. Offer motivation and support throughout each individual plan.
- Educate patients on various company products that will enhance his or her success.
- Oversee clinic staff. Communicate expectations of the clinic. Coach and develop staff to meet said expectations. Delegate daily service tasks and follow up on completion.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service goals for the clinic.
- Ensure all clinic procedures are followed and completed properly, such as opening and closing, clinic cleanliness, and laboratory care.
- Audit patient charts and address and correct patient care errors or sales errors.
Qualifications:
- Have a genuine interest in weight loss and nutrition.
- Must be passionate about living and leading a healthy lifestyle and maintain a professional appearance that reflects lifestyle choices.
- Experience in sales is preferred.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Possess active listening skills that are essential in order to develop customized strategies per individual needs.
- Be able to deliver outstanding customer service and offer quality guidance to those trying to achieve their goals
- Maintain a positive attitude and be able to motivate the clinic team as well as patients involved in the program.
Clinic hours of operation:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday/Thursday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
*Must be available every other Saturday*
