Responsibilities
Oversee checking for Warranty and Repair Opportunities using SAP.
SAP Knowledge and background
Report to the Indirect Materials Manager
Inventory and Asset Management
Strategic Purchasing - working with Vendors to find Repair Opportunities.
Work with the Indirect Material Leader and manager to improve pricing and delivery.
Work with the Warranty and Repair Administrator for warranty and repair opportunities.
Following up on Purchase Requisitions and Purchasing Orders.
Work with the Indirect Material Leader and Manager to get in emergency orders.
Work with vendors and client for order issues.
Ability to communicate with all levels of Management, Client, Maintenance and Vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Logistics preferred.
Minimum of two years' experience in Logistics and material management.
Hilo experience
SAP experience
Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills.
Strong organizational skills and collaborative style needed.
Superior customer service skills and orientation.
Critical thinking problem solving skills.
