The individuals who fill these positions demonstrate that they are capable of carrying-out the following roles and responsibilities: Assist consumers with everyday living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and passing medications Assist in transporting consumers to and from appointments.
Required Skills: Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills Must be able to exercise sound judgment Must have the ability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift as needed. Must have the ability to attend meetings and trainings throughout the year to remain compliant with out policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Education Requirements: Working telephone Possess a valid Michigan's drivers license Pass all regulatory checks Possess reliable personal transportation Pass an initial drug screening and random screenings throughout the year. We are willing to train.
