- Schedule and ship merchandise orders. Perform lookups to see if parts are in and if assembly is required, follow up and ensure delivery to customers.
- Work closely and lead Receiving person, also work as backup to Receiving, stagger lunch/break hours to continue receiving during breaks and lunch.
- Maintain steel allocating/kitting program. Analyze errors, plan and implement solutions, working with the shop as required, and help with process improvement.
- Facilitate steel inventory (sheet steel and full length material for cut to size parts). Analyze counts and offer insight to possible causes, determine corrective action if required, and implement changes.
- Facilitate daily cycle count. Analyze counts and offer insight on problem causes.
- Manually kit steel if required.
- Prepare CCIT sheets for shop. Pair with coordinating inspection sheets.
- Kit motors after wiring department physically takes material.
- Perform miscellaneous part adjustments from cut/saw area. Manually kit material as it is used when possible due to move ticket/shop router structure. Work with shop on large drop issues.
- Work as team leader for receiving/shop materials personnel or other shop personal as required.
- Coordinate incoming inspections with receiving department and QA.
- Work closely with ISO leader in plant, act as ISO Internal Auditor as required. (training provided)

- Set up steel cycle counts as needed. Enter counts into ERP system.
