Outdoor Creations Group, an infrastructure turf restoration company established in 1998, is currently seeking a long-term Full Charge Bookkeeper to work alongside our Office Manager to run an effective, efficient, organized office. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to: managing/maintaining the books for several different businesses, handling AP/AR, payrolls for several companies, job costing, quarterly payroll tax returns and tax payments, monthly bank and credit card reconciliations as well as maintaining accurate inter-company loans/capitalizations. Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter and a team player. A positive attitude, willingness to go the extra mile, attention to detail, thoroughness and the ability to get interrupted without losing focus are keys to this position's success.
