We are looking for a motivated Dental Assistant with at least 2 years Ortho experience who will treat our patients like family. We are expanding our team to keep up with our growing patient base, so we have a full time position open with full time and part time schedules
Dental Assistants sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, prepare the instruments and materials required to treat each patient, and obtain patients’ dental records. During dental procedures, assistants provide aid by working alongside the dentist. They hand instruments and materials to the provider and keep patients’ mouths dry and clear by using suction or other devices.
Key components of a Dental Assistant’s job is to instruct patients on postoperative and general oral healthcare, prepare materials for impressions and restorations, take and process dental x-rays, and convey and confirm treatment plans with all patients.
